One very persistent agent

Some property sales are quick. Others become a labour of love.

This particular transaction took 18 months from agreeing the price to finally reaching completion.

And while finding the right buyer and negotiating the deal is certainly an important part of what we do, sometimes that is actually where the real work begins.

And finally, after 18 months, it completed.

A sale? Yes. But for me, it’s much more than that, it’s a reminder that sometimes the most important quality in real estate isn’t just negotiating or networking.
